The reception area and location

The batgroom and towels were not clean, there was a delay at the reception and check in took very long

Very nice lobby, rooms dob't match the same standard, however for this price can't complain

Rooms are bit old and could be cleaner after room service. (Hairs on floor, tiny things, nothing major)

Worst hotel ever stayed at!!

Very bad service. Specially from females. Got No entra towels or toilet paper. Noe room service available when you need it. Breakfast in another hotel by walk 10 min. Bad food

The price and location The bed is ok

The room. There is only one towel. There are no tea and coffee bags and no sugar although there is an electric kettle and water bottles. The shower and toilet are in reasonable condition

Staff very helpful, friendly, all spoke English, I would stay here again for sure. Great hotel. All photos on the hotel site are correct and are recent. A true representation of what's on offer, great value.

What's not to like.

Nice clean modern hotel in a great area. On-site secure parking is always welcome in Pattaya, especially around South Pattaya Road as it's always impossible to find anywhere to park! Friendly staff at the reception desk. Stayed here a couple of times recently. Highly recommend ++

This hotel was very nice and had a friendly, helpful staff. It's not as close to the beach as you may want but it isn't far from Walking Street.

Room next to me very nosy loud talking yelling from 11:00 pm to around 03:00 am then starting again 700am. I did not say anything to staff no point!! This was the only thing that I wasn't happy with you can't help those people who don't think about other guests!!

Good location, five minute to Walking Street, and next to an IT mall. Very clean. Great for families.

The staff were friendly, but can’t speak nor understand English, this makes simple requests, like asking for an extra billow, a tedious task. Every other night, a fight brakes off in the middle of the night, which disturbed my sleep often.

I had a problem wit the night reception i had a girl to come bye an visit an the reception ask her did she know i had a girlfriend that was staying wit me an that come every day not good to get in to the customer business we pay to stay there not for the work to be telling are businesses..

Room, clean comfortable and spacious. Bathroom good, bed great. No insects creepy crawlies etc. B’fast only average and suggest lookoutside for better options.Main receptionist a brilliant help on all occasions.

Sadly-even though it was only 200 metres from a main road-almost impossible to get a taxi. When changing hotels a staff member spent 35 minutes at the closest main road trying to get me taxi. It was the water festival celebration and I finished up being charged 400 baht for a 7 -(seven) minute trip! Never go there during this festival.

WORST HYGIENIC CONDITIONS: pee all over the bathroom, tons of dust and dirt on the floor, disgusting conditions!!!! INCAPABLE STAFF: when complaining about the hygienic conditions and asking for a clean room it was inpossible to get another one, also they clamed that they couldn't clean the room because we had our belongings there. After insisting they finally sent the luggage boy to "clean" the room. When we returned, the room was even more dirty. Water sprinkled all over the bathroom but surely nothin cleaned, dirty footprints all over the wet bathroom floor, floor in the room as dirty as before,... We had the worst experience and although we had booked 2 nights we decided to leave as soon as possible. The next morning at the reception (different staff) we were first ignored. We asked for a minivan or bus to the ferry to Koh Samed. First reaktion: laughther, talking to each other in thai and laughing. They said they couldn't help as they havn't been there. So we asked for a travel agency nearby. Again laughter. They said they didn't know. We were wondering how they serve their customers with booking and tour requests. The answer: google it. LOCATION: The hotel is located close to many bars (walking street). Although we had the room in the 9th floor it felt like sleeping in the bar directly. A lot of noise the whole night long!! I am working in tourism myself and I am travelling a lot, sleeping often in cheap hotels with basic conditions. Still, I have never experienced such a catastrophic service and disgusting hygienic conditions like in this hotel!

The location near Tukcom is very convenient

There was a cupboard in the room but it had no drawers and nowhere to put any clothes etc. No one told me at reception about any breakfast so I went out every day for it. However, the major dislike is the fact that this hotel has a vast atrium with all the rooms facing onto the atrium at every floor level. The consequence of this design is that every sound floats upwards and echoes. The room doors are loose-fitting and thin so at night every sound is heard and one gets woken up often during the night. When I stayed there, there was a group of very ignorant Arab guests. At 3am in the morning they leaned over the balconies outside their rooms and shouted to each other staying on different floors. I was woken up. I waited in case the noise died down. It did not. I got up, threw open my door and from my 7th floor balcony shouted for them to shut the f*** up and respect the fact that other guests are sleeping. That shocked them, but it had the desired effect. They shut up and went to bed and I went back to mine! Before doing this, I tried to call reception but there was no reply. So beware!!

Huge beds and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance, infact right outside the door it all starts with food stalls and clothing shops and bars and resturants.

The centre area of the hotel, this is a huge open area from top to bottom, can be a little noisy with echo's of peoples voices.
